RIM 6230 sync With Mandrake 9.2

I know i have been bombarding this message board with cries for help, and as of yet i have very little to offer back in ways of support, but i hope to change that shortly.

Ok, here we go. I have a A30 thinkpad running Mandrake 9.2 with the installed kernel. I connect to an exchange server, linking to it as a pop account so i can get mymail from home. I downloaded the entire global address list and i have it in my kmail address book. (yeah it was messy, I had to download it in a spreadsheet and fix it up by hand). Now my company just gave me a Blackberry. I have no problem you know entering new addresses by hand, but the actually effort of adding some 200 contacts for the clobal address list is kinda a painful thing i would prefer to avoid.

Does anyone know a way to sync a blackberry, with Kmail, or even if i have to sync it with Address book or kpilot.

Added note, the blackberry does connect to the computer through a USB.
