Try to explain my problem.

I have a pc with this hardware:

Motherboard Asus P4P800 Deluxe
Video Nvidia FX-5200 Sparkle
RAM 1 Gb of DDR
Hardisk 120 Gb Ultra DMA (first 60 Gb for Windows 2000)

After installation of Red Hat 7.3, I must to configure X server.
I choose VGA generic (default) e then start in text mode, not in graphic mode.

After reboot, start GRUB, I choose the correct partition and linux started but after few seconds is stopped.

I never go in terminal mode.

What happens ?

Can someone help me ?
