Unhappy Resource collision

Mandrake 9.0 gives the following message immediately when I start Mandrake on my new Dell Dimension 4550:

"PCI: 00:1f.1 not available because of resource collision"

I think this refer to my EICON DIVA 2.02 PCI ISDN card because everything works except that I can't logon to the 'Net.

Red Hat 8.0 gives no message, but I also can't connect to the 'Net.

Can anybody tell me how to get my ISDN card recognized?

EICON says that this card uses the HISAX driver under Linux so I don't expect a software problem once the card is physically recognized.
