Unhappy Resizing an XP/RH9 partition.

I have been putting more and more stuff on the Xp part of the partition (ie music) and so I am running out of space. I have a 40Gb hard drive which I split down the midddle 20/20 between Windows and Red Hat. I think this was a little optumistic on my behalf.

What I need is to be able to regain 10Gb or so from the Linux partition and give it back to the XP half. Is there an easy way of doing this? I can get hold of Partition magic too.

I am using a Dell Inspiron 5150.

It's a fat32 file system on the XP side and ext3 (is it not) that I want to take from on the RH side.
