Unhappy ReiserFS stuck at "Checking transaction log" after power loss

I am getting stuck during bootup on my SuSE 9.1 Pro during bootup (after a power loss):

ReiserFS: hdd1: Checking transaction log (hdd1)

I have booted into with rescue disk did a rebuild-tree on all drives.. What other things can I do that would resolve this?

I should also follow up with the fact that I am able to mount the drives in rescue mode...

Also nothing is on hdd1 that I use.. it was just mounting to a directory that i had planned on using.. is there a way to keep this from mounting (especially since I cant use Yast or anyhting now...)

Edit /etc/fstab and remove that mount or set it to noauto.

Don't know anything about reiserfs myself though, it sounds like its screwed though.
