Refined TSC clocksource calibration

In linux kernel dmesg i am getting following messages

# dmesg|grep -i tsc
Fast TSC calibration using PIT
Refined TSC clocksource calibration: 2299.999 MHz.
Switching to clocksource tsc
Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = -142111997 ns)

I want to know that if system is keep switching the clock source, is it possible that linux reboots because of this type of error?
