gemathny LQ Newbie Registered: Jan 2004 Posts: 1 Rep:	Redhat El4 not detecting hitachi deskstar 7K80 SATA drive with ATI controller I bought an ACER 9324 desktop having an sata drive Deskstar 7K80 on ATI contoller. While installing using the first CD of EL 4, it says no Hard drives detected. I am not able to get a driver for the same. hence not able to load EL4. The drive is 80GB. Let me know if some one has faced this problem Thanks
