Exclamation RedHat 9 and Netgear MA401

I have a Netgear MA401 wireless PCMCIA card and I would like to get it work under RedHat 9.

On the installation CD I found a Linux folder and followed the steps but mid way I get an error during a make.

I visited the Netgear website hoping to find the latest driver(s) and I was surpised to find documentation for RedHat 7.3! Additionally, the readme file has steps one through 14 but it skips steps six through eight!

So, I used the CD where all the steps are included and now I'm three steps away from success.

HELP!

Evan

After reading other entries I issued the following commands:

lcpci -v -> got error because was not in the path.

cardctl ident -> Result: no pcmcia driver in /proc/devices

Thanks,

hello,
if the compiling is failing make sure you have the kernel source install - what are the error messages?
