Exclamation NEED BEST RED HAT POSSIBLE ON A PENTIUM 120 MHZ!!!

I want to configure a linux router, but the PC I have for that is a PENTIUM 120MHZ - 32MG RAM - 2.1GB HARD DISK.

The problem is that it has a MotherBoard Pc Chips with an Onboard Davicom Network, I also have an old ISA Network. (For 2 PCs to connect to the router).
And that I need USB support for an ADSL USB modem so I need Kernel 2.4.1 or better.

Is it possible??

The specs are good enough for a standard router, but I have heard that USB ADSL modems can be a pain. Does RH detect your network cards ok?
