RCA to VGA?

I know this thread doesn't really belong here. But it doesn't really fit any were else. Besides, I thought you hardware wizards brousing this catagory might know the answer.

Here is my problem:

I want to play my X-Box on my monitor, but I don't know where or how to get a RCA to SVGA converter. My monitor is a LCD with DVI and SVGA input. However, I would rather have SVGA input. Could someone point me in the right direction?
