You went the wrong direction for PS troubles, I believe. Go up in power suppy capability, not down. Of course, the 200w might handle it OK.

I always suspect bad memory first.

Yeah - replace the fans or add more if you stay the same or increase power in case it is a cooling issue, but I wouldn't downgrade the powersupply either. It sounds like it could be an overheating issue and the fan would do it. Sometimes you don't even need a new fan - the one you've got is just obstructed by a cable or something. If it is a RAM issue, that's a different kettle of pickles.
