Lightbulb Radeon Video In/Video Out (VIVO) Problem

I have an ATI Rdeon VIVO card (AGP) and it runs wonderfully on Mandrake 9.1. Is there a way to initialize the video in port? I would like to hook a security camera up and be able to view the video output. Anyone had any luck?
