Crikey oh riley, yet more dual display problems for me and my Radeon VE... I had problems in the past with Red Hat 8, but eventually I got it working. I had a hard drive crash a few months back meaning I lost all that, so have just recently set up a Red Hat 9 install from scratch - I tried setting up my dual display again and I nearly got there, but then had the same problem which a lot of others have reported - the one where dragging the mouse onto the second screen casues the first to go black... Apparently that was due to a bug in XFree86, so I've updated to the most recent bug fixed version... However now my problem is that seemingly no matter what I settings I use in my XF86Config, I cant get anything other than 2 copies of the same display on both monitors... I've put 'Option "Xinerama" "On"' in different palces, and Im convinced I've got the rest of my config set up OK... Anyone had this problem themselves? Any help would be appreciated - I'll post my XF86Config below too - hopefully that will help.
