You don't have a compiler installed. Take a look at Mandy's GUI rpm installer and set it to install "gcc", that'll take care of the dependencies involved... its a lot of space though, about 200+ Mb for the compiler and all of the tools and toys that'll come with it.
Oh my, evidently Mandrake didn't install the source code for the kernel and the module needs that... Its another rpm on the disk, this one is a bit large installed, like 140Mb give or take, and only one or two dependencies. This is the typical requirements when building a driver from source, you need something to build it with, and the source code of what you already have installed.
