RADEON HD 4830 under-scanning control

Hi,

I have just installed a RADEON HD 4830 and I am using the Ubuntu proprietary drivers. My desktop looks fine but there is over-scanning; as most video cards I work with have. I bought this card because it said it had under-scanning control but how and where do I set this? I do not see a GUI as I did for NVidia.

Thanks,
waffe
