I had to go back in and fire up SuSe so I can get this error for you. This is what it says.
“Boot up error

I can then go through this and get to the point where I can log into using a command line.
I just don't know where to go to fix the problem.
Thanks

Since you can login to Suse, you should be able to run suse program(sax?) to reconfigure x-system. Alternatively, if you have Knoppix live-cd, you can run it and copy its /etc/X11/xorg.conf to your Suse system; or just edit Suse /etc/X11/xorg.conf with those settings. Your Suse is trying to use old xorg file(from before video-card change) so it fails. Good luck.
Since I don't think I really had anything too important on it I decided to just re-install Suse 10. It seems to be working just fine now.
I also wanted to start learning or shall I say LAMP, I have the install and configuration paperwork in front of me so I'll tackle that now.
