qwerty to Dvorak

How do you switch from qwerty to dvorak? I am using Fedora core.

Thanks

Just edit the rc.conf file and set KEYMAP to "dvorak". I'm not sure if that's what the file is called or where it is in Fedora Core. However, it's /etc/rc.conf in Gentoo so perhaps it's there in Fedora as well.

Thanks, and I am sure there is a file somewhere, but that is not it.

You could just do a search for rc.conf. I think that it's still called that in Fedora, but it's probably not in the same folder. Or perhaps it's something really funky. lol

In your XF86Config file you can change it, but that will only give you dvorak while you are running X.

Yeah, that's why I mentioned finding that file. ;) You could also change it to Russian. For some reason. lol
