Question question about hard disk???


hi everybody!!!

i wanna buy a 60 gb hard disk. my existing mother board is
440 BX-2. will my bios support a 60 gb h.d?

waiting for answer...........

u can use it even if your bios doesn support linux is not like windows linux doesnt need bios to see the diskt just create a boot partion and tell bios that its a harddrive linux will do the rest search the forum there are threads with the same subject never tried it but works
