Well, if you search the boards a little bit there's a few people who have Logitech wireless keyboards and mice, and who have apparently gotten them working.

I'd say that wireless technology tends to work pretty well, on the whole.

Could you possibly reccomend to me a good wireless keyboard/mouse that's very compatible with linux?

I'm going to buy one...I just want to make sure I make the best choice.

I rather suggest that you check out the HCL (there's a button somewhere in the array on the top right of the page). There are many entries there for cordless keyboards and mice :)
