Promise FastTrak SX4000 Module
 
Is there a module for the Promise FastTrak SX4000 IDE raid card? These things are fairly old so I am hoping there is a driver for them.....

When I do a lshw the controller does show up as a storage device, but I can not see the array.

I looked in the kernel yesterday and I did not see support for it. You'll just have to look around to see if you can find a driver that will work. I'm betting not, given its age. You might start with promise.com.

That is kind of what I am finding. Promise had limited support for the 2.4 kernel. I picked up the controller for a $1 so it was worth a shot.
