Problems with TV-OUT with GFORCE4MX440 64MB

Hello, my name is Nahuel, and I''m writing, because i've installed The Fedora Core
recently, but i don't know how to make my TV-OUT work.
I have a GFORCE 4 MX440 64MB; i want to know if i should download some driver,
program or something special to make it work.

Thanks you very much. Skepsor

In Redhat 8.0, my TV out works fine, however, I needed to get the driver from nvidia. Here is the link to the IA32 driver.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_d..._ia32_1.0-4496
Follow the instructions to the letter, WRITE down everything you do.

Alternatively, I found this site which is JUST nvidia drivers for Fedora.

Even after you get the drivers installed properly and you have edited your XF86Config to work with the TV out (Option "TV" ...then set a resolution for the TV), you will only be able able to use the TV in a "Twin View" mode or as a stand alone auxiliary. It's not like windows when you can basically have 2 monitors (or monitor and TV in most cases) with exactly the same thing (even with OpenGL enabled). You will only be able to use the TV by it self or the Monitor by it self for OpenGL applications. And if you want 2 seperate views on 2 different video media then they have to be setup as different desktops in linux. Another words, you will not be able to use a Monitor and a S-video out (for eample) and see the same thing on both screens.
