problems with mice/keyboard switch


i have 2 computers side by side so i bought a mice/keyboard switch.
It works perfect in Windows but linux do not recognise the mice!(but i can switch between the comps)
what can i do as i have fresh installed FC 2 and have no idea how to react as me mouse is not working.
any idea??

I would create a knoppix disk in windows, boot up with in and look a your X configuration file to see how knoppix sets up the mouse and amend your FC X confiiguration file accordingly.
