Problems with GeForce 4 MX440 under SuseLinux

SuSE Linux 8.0 Professional with kernel 2.4.18-64GB-SMP (i know it's old)

I can't get working my Inno3D Geforce 4 MX with AGP 8x
Device details:
ID: 0x181 (GeForce 4MX with AGP 8X, it's on the list of supported devices)
Manufactorer: 0x10 (Nvidia)
Rev: 0x2de
It's positioned on 1:00:00 (first agp)

When I want to start X, black screen pops out. It's not obviously crashed, I can use the keyboard, mouse anything, I could blindly log in (:)), the monitor sync ranges are *ok*, i copied the parameters what were on the back side of the monitor and the edid values are equal of what's on the back side.

I followed instructions in the nvidia-installer-howto (provided by SuSE) when i installed the drivers..., everything was fine...

The XF86 log didn't contains any errors! Everything is succesful, everything is detected, no (EE) (NI) or anything, everything is fine.

Sorry I can't include the logs or the lspci output, I'm in a hurry, next time I include them. :)

Please help!!! :(
