Problems installing netopia router

I've just installed Kubuntu 6.06 and im looking for a driver for my Netopia router 2247NWG-VGx v7.6

The problem is I don't even know what chipset this router uses. Has anyone had any success getting this router installed or anyone got any ideas to get it working?
Thanks,
Colm

I don't know about this specific model, but usually most of these routers have a web page configuration tool. I would plug your computer into the router and see what IP address you have (something like 192.168.0.2...). Then try opening your web browser and putting in the IP address with the last digit "1" instead. So in my example, I would put in 192.168.0.1 into firefox. At least that's how it is on my router and my brother's router (I don't remember what kind his is, but it's a DSL modem/router combo, mine is just a Linksys WRT54G hooked up to my cable modem).
