Okay, so I got this far and it works. ShieldsUp shows the one port open, and I can access the website even when using the Tor Browser (which, I believe, mimics an outside user). So, seems the webserver is working. Thanks again.
Admittedly, the issue you raised of not being able to access the web site from inside my own network is present, but I'll look into that later. For now, I'm just glad the webserver works.
