Problem with the PS/2 Optical Mouse in Centos

After I install the Centos 4.5 OS, I have the problem of using PS/2 Optical mouse but I can use my PS/2 optical mouse when I am in Red Hat 3 OS. Any problem with the mouse driver? Hope I can get the professional advice from here. Here is the description for my mouse driver.

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse0"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2"
Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
Option "Emulate3Buttons" "yes"
EndSection

Thanks.

Unfortunely, I have formatted red hat 3 long time ago. I guess both of the xorg.conf files will be more or less the same. But I will give a try to install red hat 3 on vmware.

Thanks for advice.
