problem with switchable graphic card ( ati - intel )

Hello every body
I have a problem with switchable graphic card ( ati - intel ) and Linux in general.
If I connected an external monitor to my laptop the picture becomes very blury and waves like only in the external monitor only,
the laptop monitor is fine with no problems, even if I changed the frequency rate or display resolutions,
if I disabled the graphics cards switching feature from the bios setup the monitor becomes very clear and good..
I searched alot for the solution and tried many distributions and versions, even if installed different kernel versions with no use...

23'' Samsung LCD Monitor

Anyone can help?

First...

The blue on blue is hard to read and you will get a better response if you edit your post to use standard black.

Can you not post more details, what laptop and what drivers or modules are being used for the two graphic chips. You can switch to boot with one and run the command "dmesg" to see what is loaded, then do the same with the other. Also, which of the graphics is used when you disable the switching feature?

I listened someone before said that LINUX + switchable graphics = error !!
Is that true?

I searched the problem and found many problems relate to Linux with switchable graphic, one of them was the same as mine but without a solution

Anyone can help?
