Ok, now goes well
After a week of try, i 'm happy to say you that now the printer goes well.
The only think to is to install gostcript-cups from sourceforge and install i_js_epl_server.
This one give a conflict report with suse, only ignore it and download the driver from linuxprinting.org.
Attention, look at the driver for epl6200l and download the recommended driver epl6100l than try the test with yast.
Forgot kde control center and cups over web, only try the test with yast.
The printer now under kde works fine

You may have to install Gutenprint 5.0.0. Look in past forums for how to do this. If you still get stuck write back and I'll see what I can do. I've done this about 4 times now and am figuring out how to do it better each time On the other hand, if it's not a unknown driver problem, I don't have a clue.

Hi sleekmason,
I have dl everything needed?? and when i go into yast > printers, my printer EPL-6200L is recognized but not configured. I cant configure the printer in YAST. It is not set to print. Maybe PPD file is needed? Will try to find it somewhere on the web. If there is something else i should know and do pls let me know.Your help is much appreciated.!!
regards
I found PPD for EPL-6200L and installed it into my /usr/share/cups/model/Epson file. When i start YAST>printers there is EPL-6200L now but when i try to configure it i get the following message:
This printer is not supported by SUSE LINUX. Find information regarding supported and unsupported printers in your product documentation.
If the printer can be switched to support a standard printer language (PostScript, PCL, or ESC/P), it can be configured as that type of printer. Ask the vendor of the printer whether this model understands a standard printer language directly (not through a driver emulation) and how to switch the printer into the standard printer language mode, for example, using an additional PostScript module.
