Hi,
I plugged in my USB HP Scanjet 2300c scanner and launched 'Scanner' via Gnome menu and it could not detect my scanner I checked with hardware browser and the scanner was displayed under System. The System Log also displayed that usbscanner was configured and installed successfully. Thanx for your input.
