Problem with IRQ on W-Lan Atheros 5212 (madwifi)
 

Hi!

Got an Sony Notebook (K115Z) with an Atheros 5212 W-Lan-Card.

I installed the 2.6.5 kernel and installed the madwifi modules.

The modules wlan.ko and ath_hal.ko could be loaded without any error but the module ath_pci.ko gives this errormsg:

lspci -s 9 -vv

I tried everything:

pci=biosirq
noapci... and so on.

yesterday the w-lan card worked but after a new kernel-compilation it didn't work again. I dont know if it is the kernel (I tried a lot of parameters and everything that had a little bit to do with pci or apci, but nothing helped) :(


I hope somebody can give me some tips or got the same problem and solved it.

I searched with google for days, and found a lot but nothing really helped :(
