Realplayer has nothing to do with Skype.

There are threads on here about getting Skype to work, but you don't post any information about your hardware, so we can't really help much. Also, if this is a brand-new installation, you should load the current version of Fedora, which is 12. 11 is already old.

My Hardware is --->

Operating system -- Fedora 11.0
Mother Board -- Asus P5KPL AM/PS
Processor -- Dual core 2.53 GHZ
RAM -- 1 G.B
Hard Disc -- 160 G.B

I Login with Root user.
Sound is not working when I try to call, the error message is
"Problem with Audio playback" .

Right...but you still don't say anything about your sound hardware. And what kind of desktop environment are you using??

And again...if this is a brand-new installation, LOAD FEDORA 12. That's the latest version, and it may fix your problem right off the bat.
