problem with asrock 939dual-sata2 ethernet

My installation of Debian Linux 3.1r0a "Sarge" does not detect the onboard Ethernet card on my ASRock 939Dual-Sata2 motherboard. In the BIOS, it is enabled. According to ASRock, it is a Realtek RTL8201CL. My kernel version is 2.6.17.8. Are there any drivers or anything to make this work, or do I need to buy a new Ethernet card? Thanks.

According to this page in the HCL on the site it is using the uli526x module so modprobe uli526x as root should load the module for you if this works the put the module name on a line by itself in the /etc/modules and it will be loaded every time on boot.

I confirmed that it is uli526x module.

I have the same board and it works out of the box with Suse 10.1
