I am having problem with AiTech Wavewatcher TV-PCI TV tuner and Capture card.
When I rebooted the machine after putting the card - the OS recognized the card and - (I think) it was correctly installed.
I want to test the card but having no progress.
First of all, How can I know if the card has been installed correctly?
I am using xawtv to see if I can see any channels. But I see these messages :

My /etc/modules.conf says
alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 bttv
options tuner type=2
Any idea/pointers/documentation, how can I make this to work.
Please help.

Hardware used :
Dell Dimension 2350
P4 2G with 768M memory
