problem ethernet (realtek ENL832-TX-RENT)

I am with a plate ethernet (Realtek ENL832-TX-RENT)
Code:
00:09.0 Ethernet controller: Unknown device 1904:8139 (rev 01)
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 18
        Memory at febff000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=256]
        I/O ports at c000 [size=256]
Expansion ROM at febc0000 [disabled] [size=128K]
Capabilities: [50] Power Management version 2
        Capabilities: [60] Vital Product Data
But my system is not recognizing the plate.

I tried to go up the module 8139too but it does not function.
Code:
root@srv /etc# modprobe 8139too
/lib/modules/2.4.32-1tr/kernel/drivers/net/8139too.o: init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
modprobe: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.32-1tr/kernel/drivers/net/8139too.o failed
modprobe: insmod 8139too failed

your machine is not recognizing your NIC.
Try plugging that again or change the slot.
It should first recognize it, only then you will be able to insert modules for it.
