Problem connecting my MA101

I'm using Centos 3.3. MA101 revB. Downloaded, compiled & installed the atmel wlan driver. Verified that the driver is installed & the device is loaded.

But I cannot seems to get connected to the internet. I've set the wireless configurations such as essid, channel, rate in the ifcfg-<> file. Is this the right place?

Also, when I did a iwconfig, I saw l0, eth0 and atml0. In the HOWTO guide, I'm suppose to see l0, eth0 and eth1.

Help, anyone?
