probing for monitor type: unable to probe
 
I am trying to install RH on 7.3 on a compaq proliant 1600. after the massage
probing for video card:Cirrus logic GD544x I recive the next massage:
probing for monitor type unable to probe
and the installtion doeesnt cuntinue what can I do?

Install X but don't choose to probe for the monitor. Specify things like resolution at the end of the install but don't ask it to probe.

P.S. a "massage" is what what you get at a health spa - you mean a "message". Massage is a nice word though :):)

dont understand waht u are saying
 
I am booting with the the first install cd an after I try press ENTER to start the installtion I recive the message, I also tried text ,lowres and linux noprobe installtion and I allways recive the same unable to probe message.
I dont know how to install in your way also I will need the kde at the end.
