probable usb conflict

I installed mandriva le 2005 on a newly built box. I've gotten ndiswrapper running my linksys access point on another puter with other distro's, but I am having issues. Here is my dmesg:

Code:
ndiswrapper version 1.0 loaded (preempt=no,smp=no)
ndiswrapper: driver wusb54g (Linksys,09/09/2003, 0.6.0.0) added
ndiswrapper (NdisWriteErrorLogEntry:266): log: C000138A, count: 3 (c0000001), return address: f9043fcb, entry: f90566bboffset: -75504
ndiswrapper (ndiswrapper_add_one_usb_dev:306): Windows driver couldn't initialize the device (C0010006)
ndiswrapper: probe of 4-3:1.0 failed with error -22
usbcore: registered new driver ndiswrapper
I've tried uninstalling the high-speed usb module 'ehci_hcd' per suggestion from the ndiswrapper wiki. I'm not so sure that is a good idea though since my device is USB 2.0.

The device works with these drivers, I am sure. Ndiswrapper's wiki FAQ says that error -22 is either IRQ or USB.

http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/p.../index.php/FAQ

I am stuck. Any and all advice is welcome.

Thanks,
tynsap

The only suggestion I have is to retain the ehci and uhci as these are newer drivers for linux over ohci. Does your BIOS have a setting that allows a readjusting of IRQ's. I think your answer lies with the IRQ arena. Sorry I can not be anymore help.

I also am dealing with this exact same issue, However, I don't have the option to set IRQs in my bios. Can I specify it directly in the linux
