Unhappy Prob. in mounting Jetflash USB2.0 mem stick in Suse 9.0


hello everybody,

I have a Jetflash USB 2.0 memory stick (make Transcend).
The model no is TS512MJF2B

I tried to mount it on my PCs. It failed to mount on any. These PCs are PIII & P4.
The O.S. is SuSE9.0/9.1 (kernel 2.4.../2.6...).

here is dmesg on plugging the mem.. stick

I tried on WinXP PC and it detected it and i could use it also.

pl. help me out as soon as possible. i need it.
