Printing with an HP Officejet Pro L7590

I am trying to print web pages with and HP Officejet Pro L7590.

I have configured the printer using the printconf-gui (system-config-printer in Redhat or CentOS) and it prints the ascii, postscript and cups test pages just fine, however, when I print a web page it comes out as partially good looking text and a lot of garbage. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?

Thanks.

hi

could you expand on what you mean by partial garbage?

does that mean ALL text is good and its the other stuff thats garbage eg frames surrounding the text not printing?

2) how about showing us a link page and then describing what works or not please?

Fonts may need upgrading if that is what you are referring to.

You may have printer set to b&w so colour ads etc not printing.

anyhow good luck
