Printer problem

I have Samsung Color Lazer Printer CPL500. I installe his drivers using the CD included with executing "setup.sh". After setup is done I go to the KDE Control Panel to setup the printer. But it says that CUPS could not be started. Also CUPS works fine before installing printer drivers. I tried to settup the printer without installing the drivers from the CD but it simply don't print. I tried several different distr. and on all the same problem.

Anyone have some ideas for solution or something I should try?
