printer error


i got error msg when open start>systems settings>printing then a error window pop saying this

An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for redhat-config-printer. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly.


then i click on the "detail" and foundout the this.

Failed to contact configuration server; some possible causes are that you need to enable TCP/IP networking for ORBit, or you have stale NFS locks due to a system crash. See http://www.gnome.org/projects/gconf/ for information. i'm using redhat 9 and before i reformat my linux the printer work fine and now after reformat it it gave the error above.

i'm have canon bjc-265sp printer.

what shall i do?
