printer epson stylus color 660 properly installed but won't write on paper
this morning i installed my epson stylus color under lycoris 1.4. everything went very well, also the test page was printed correctly. but trying to print a text from either kword or open office was not possible. the printer just took in paper and let it come out again - breakless. even after i deleted the printing order this continued and even more strange it continued after shutting off the printer and turning it on again. any ideas? really need that printer...

You may need to change your "print command" in the respective programs to have them print. Open office has a printer admin tool for just this use. Search the forum for print command, and cups, you should find what you're looking for.
good luck.
