fridge LQ Newbie Registered: Aug 2003 Posts: 2 Rep:	Powerd & Powerfail and Restart without waiting hello! system: suse linux server (7.3) ups conected to /dev/ttyS1 i have a problem with my powerd an powerfail configuration. powerd is working well, but after i pull the power plug, powerd or Powerfail told me: "power is falling! system will be shutdown in 2 minutes. pleas log off now!" but after this mesage, linux doesnt wait two minutes and goes directly in to runlevel 0! why? thanks and sorry for my english! patrick
