Power issue with an older linux computer

I haven't turned this computer on much since I got this new one.... Of coarse the case is bent all to hell... Now when I turn the computer on to this computer the power to my entire room GOES OFF. and the room composite to it does to...I tried it another room...same thing

If powering on a PC blows the circuit breaker, it clearly is not safe to use. I'd recommend salvaging the hard drive, memory, sound and video cards, RAM, etc, but I'd toss the case and the power supply into the rubbish bin. It isn't worth risking an electrical fire simply to hold on to this old PC. -- J.W.

I began to scrap it...but then i started putting it back together, I connected the mother board power supply and all ISA and PCI cards... connected the moniatr turned it on nothing...any reason why?

Another update:

Connected system speaker and it makes like 500 beeping sounds(non-terminating) when i turn it on!

So I guess your not blowing circuit breakers anymore?
As far as the beeping, try another keyboard.
