first i want to ask

If not referring to linux on a point-of-sale machine, and the offshoot of unix, for alpha processors; then I'd suggest you take a look at your requirements. Addressing is virtually up to the designer, and merely a request.

If a type and referring to Data's POSItronIX brain, don't bother. It's an author's envisionment of man's future within a millenia.
