Pinnacle PCTV Stereo PCI Tuner card issues in slackware 12
 

i found a lot of threads related to pinnacle pctv cards and phillips saa 7134 tuners but nothing is self explanatory. i have a full install of slackware12 and done a kernel upgrade to 2.6.23.13 i have enabled all the options related to saa 7134 card and compiled the kernel, even after that i could not get my pinnacle pctv stereo card working. there is no video and sound in tvtime but noisy video and audio in kdetv. i'm in india pls somebody tell me what tuner no should be used for PAL-India to get my tuner working. i know that the card no is 26 but i have no idea about what tuner to be used. i tried i2c_scan but couldn't get the card working. running tvtime-scanner with norm=PAL detects channels and stores it to channel list but when i select frequency table to custom i could not get any thing on screen. please help me to solve this issue as i badly need the tv card
