Im trying to get my Pinnacle PCTV Rave PCI card to work with Red Hat 9

I can get the composite to work in xawtv but i cant tune it into any UK TV stations

Can anyone help me?

Im running kernel 2.4.20-8 on an i686 system
i have xawtv ver. 3.81
and bttv ver. 0.7.96
