Pinnacle Moviebox USB Linux Drivers

I have a Pinnacle Systems Moviebox USB. It came with Pinnacle Studio. Capturing with the movie box has been flawless. Editing with Pinnacle Studio has more problematic than anything I have ever encountered. Their Tech support is usually along the lines of remove and reinstall, or convert to another format and import.

I am moving over to Linux and would like to use the Moviebox to capture. Does anybody know what driver I can use with Linux? If it matters I am running Slackware 10.1 with a 2.6.10 kernel.

I've search the Internet and most of the results I've gotten point me to a place to purchase the Moviebox.

Is there a way to determine what is in the Moviebox so I can hunt for the correct drivers?

The Moviebox is connected directly to a HiSpeed USB port.
