Penmount touch screen on Linux

Hello,

I am having problem installing Penmount USB touch screen on Linux. Devices include keyboard, mouse, and touchscreen compiled for Xorg. I think there is a confusion about pointing devices. The touchscreen in xorg.conf is /dev/input/event3, the same in /var/log/Xorg.0.log but in /proc/bus/input/devices it is known as
Handlers=event4

Any help is appreciated
thnx
