Pctel - PC crashed


install. driver with pctel-0.9.7-6....

It doesn't look like you did a depmod -a after installing the modules, if not, do that first.

new problem! reinstall OS(RH9) and can't compile driver-pctel-0.9.7-6..

please read the FAQ about reporting compilation problems
and report this problem.

make install

it does not function also, it says no file or dir....
before the reinstall. went it.

It would seem quite possible to me that with Red Hat being so popular, perhaps there's already an RPM built for it and you just need to search it out.

If you want to keep trying your own compile, you will need to post more detailed info about the errors you're getting.
